Abstract

research aimed to study the determinants of economic efficiency and the amount of surplus the deficit in the quantities used in the production of dry onions (crystal) in Nineveh Governorate for the 2022 production season .The study included 52 farms that produce onions in the Sheikhan district.. Data on the study were obtained through a questionnaire form dedicated to this purpose and through interviews with farmers..
