Mesopotamia Journal of Agriculture,

AbstractThe results of studying effect of host kind (Potato and Eggplant) on the efficiency of Methoxyfenozide 240 SC, Deltamethrin 2.5%EC, Indoxacarb 150 SC and B.thuringensis var. Alesti on larvae and adults of Colorado potato beetle, showed that all the tested insecticides produce a superior effect on larvae and adults reared on potato in comparison with those reared on eggplant. The Deltamethein LC50 reached 0.005% on larvae and adults reared on potato followed by Indoxacarb while the LC50 of Deltamethrin and Indoxacarb reached 0.007 and 0.008% respectively on the larvae and the adults reared on eggplant.
